HOW TO CLAIM ON CONTACT LENSES: 3 EASY STEPS

Step 1. Following process of your order by the nib eye care team and within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a receipt from nib eye care. This will include the relevant nib item codes in order to make your claim. Step 2. Submit your claim using the receipt issued by nib eye care through the nib online services. Step 3. nib insurance will put your benefits into your account within a couple of days.
